Romain VINCENT began his career as a lawyer at HV-A.
He advises his clients in regional planning, urban planning, environmental and civil real estate law. He represents and defends the interests of his clients before administrative and judicial bodies.
He speaks at seminars and as contributor to training programme sessions. He is the author of a number of publications on urban planning and environmental law, as well as real estate law and insurance.
He is a substitute judge at the Court of First Instance of Hainaut.
His principal fields of activity are urban planning law, civil real estate law (construction law, property law, real estate contracts, etc.) and real estate tax law. He also provides his services in the field of environmental law (management of polluted soils, etc.) and in public real estate law (public procurements, expropriation, public domaniality, etc.)
