Public real estate law

Public real estate law

This field covers public procurement law, i.e., contracts for performing works or supplying goods or services concluded between public authorities and private-sector actors. Complex federal regulations define the conditions and methods that must be observed when concluding and executing such contracts.

This law also covers expropriation law concerning acquisition by public authorities of property necessary for the public interest.

Finally, this law covers public domain issues, i.e., regulations that apply to the use, management, administration and disposal of property in the public domain.
